May 2018 and we wanted a find a long established local window firm with a good reputation. Finding Window-Wise on Google for us they ticked all the right boxes. Finally it was time to replace our shabby timber windows with modern double glazing.
The Window-Wise brochure and web site are clear and concise without wild claims of saving us a fortune with magic windows. I phoned to ask about Aluminium verses PVC with life expectancy, cost and glass to frame ratio questions and instead of a hard sell I was given clear and helpful advice on how to best to choose.
Christian came to measure up for our quote and again only advice and no hard sell. We liked the quote, agreed some changes we wanted to make and placed our order paying the deposit. We were told it would take until June for the windows to be built and installed and true to their word they turned up on time and the small team worked for three days to change all our windows.
The installers explained what they needed from us and what they planned to do. They covered the work area and floors with dustsheets. The old windows were taken away for disposal. The new windows were fitted to perfection and they vacuumed up and swept outside. Finally they did a walk through and hand-over with us to make sure we knew how the locks worked and to check everything was as it should be.
We are very pleased and impressed with the quality of the windows and the quality of the installation work. In fact the whole process was so painless we would give Window-Wise five stars!
